As stated in previous posts, the only reason
for going in-depth on certain details is to
stop any speculation going on.
Our company would never reveal
details about any business dealings we have
with clients, joint venture partners,
business associates, etc... Confidentiality
is of utmost importance. We have
Non-Disclosure Agreements (N.D.A.'s) with
everyone we do business for, or with.
Being involved with Casey and being pulled
into the very public "Jerry Springer Circus"
of drama that surrounds his story, has
caused this to be a complete exception for
us. Therefore, we're taking tactful steps to
clear our business name.

Casey did call late in the day on Saturday.
We had an hour long discussion on our
specific publishing agreement and why the
lack of communication for so many days.
Casey did share some rather disturbing
things going on behind the scenes during the
week. We'll reserve comment on this for a
later time if needed.
Just to be clear to everyone, we are not
involved with any other dealings with Casey,
nor anyone else, except for our specific
agreement with Casey and The Foreclosure
Code Book Series.

No communication from Casey for six days now
to attempt to straighten out this mess.
Later today or tomorrow, there will be an
in-depth factual analysis of the publishing
agreement that Casey himself leaked out,
thus violating his Non Disclosure Agreement
(NDA), among other serious breaches of
contract. This private agreement is posted
all over the internet as a result of his
leak.
These will be actual true facts to
clear up any speculation that is
circulating. This will not be a
mud-slinging "let's get back at Casey" type
thing. Facts and only facts.

There has been a lot of speculation and
drama this past week whether or not this
book will be published, with, or without
Casey. As of today, still no direct contact
with Casey for going on five days.
With our company name and reputation, and my
personal name and reputation, defamed all
over the internet, as a result of being
associated with Casey, with apparently many
of the leaks coming from Casey himself,
multiple breaches of contract, copyrighted
material taken, plus, an enormous amount of
wasted time, money, and energy,
silence can be kept no more.
